To add new recipients or prospects to an existing campaign in Linkee, follow these steps:

If the campaign is not paused:

Step 1:

Go to the preferred project where the campaign is located.

Step 2:

Click on the preferred campaign which you want to add new recipients.

Step 3:

Before adding a new link or prospect, pause the campaign to ensure that no outreach is being conducted.

Step 4:

Option 1 - If you don’t have the contact details of the prospect: From the right side of the Clean Up, click on the "Add Link" button to add a prospect URL and then get and verify the email via Linkee.

Option 2 - If you have the contact details of the prospect: In the Prospect dashboard, click on Add Prospect and fill in the necessary information.

Step 5:

After adding the new recipient, resume the campaign to continue with the outreach process.

OR

If you haven’t started the outreach for your campaign:

Option 1 - If you don’t have the contact details of the prospect: From the right side of the Clean Up, click on the "Add Link" button to add a prospect URL and then get and verify the email via Linkee.

Option 2 - If you have the contact details of the prospect: In the Prospect dashboard, click on Add Prospect and fill in the necessary information.

After adding the new recipient, continue with the outreach process.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly add new recipients or prospects to an existing campaign in Linkee while ensuring that your outreach is conducted effectively and efficiently.
